      When the sterilizing time is reached, the buzzer will alarm. At this time, turn off the temperature automatic switch and turn off the steam trap.
       
      Open the water inlet valve, in which the valve at the upper end should be small, open the blue valve and turn off the water flow, open the cooling pump, and then observe the pressure of the pressure gauge. If the pressure drops, turn off the water pump and wait for the pressure to be filled before opening until the pressure remains stable, and let the cooling pump keep running.
       
      Turn off the pressure automatic switch when waiting for the temperature in the pot to show about 60 ℃. Turn off the circulating pump and cooling pump when the temperature shows about 40 ℃. Open the connecting valve of the upper tank and recycle the water into the tank. When the recycling is finished, there will be a sound of exhaust. At this time, close the valve.
       
      Open the drain valve to let out all the air and water, and don't forget to turn it off.
       
      After the safety chain head above the pot door falls off, open the right chain valve, close the inflatable mat valve and open the exhaust valve, open the pot door and take out the product with the food truck.
